Ulta Beauty has added Martin Blok and Stephenie Landry to its board of directors, the company announced on Thursday.
Blok is the founder and chief executive of MB Capital Advisors and an operating partner at private equity firm Advent International. He was the global president and CEO at Sephora from September 2020 to June 2022, and currently serves on the boards of cosmetics company Revlon and plant milk maker Oatly among others.
Stephenie Landry was previously chief operating officer at elder care services firm Honor Technology and vice president of worldwide grocery at Amazon.
Blok and Landry will join Ulta Beauty’s board and its audit and compensation committees on Sept 1.
