But perhaps there are signs that the relationship between EU regulators and these tech giants could be easing.

Uh we’re seeing reports that the EU trade commissioner, Mark Maroš Šefčovič, if I can I get my teeth back in, he’s said on he’s apparently said on on Monday to made an 11th hour intervention to stop the European Commission from issuing a penalty against Google for its search advertising practices.

And this is all coming as we have all these threats from US President Donald Trump about the way these tech firms are being treated and about what he will do to tariffs if he feels that big US tech names aren’t treated properly.
