Capri Global to raise upto ₹400 crore via NCD issue 

Capri Global Capital Ltd has announced public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of ₹1,000 each for an amount of ₹200 crore (base issue size) with an option to retain oversubscription up to an amount of ₹200 crore(green shoe option) aggregating up to ₹400 crore. 

The NCDs offer the coupon rates ranging from 8.55% to 9.70% per annum with monthly and annual interest option. They have four tenors of 18 months, 36 months, 60 months and 120 months. 

The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE Ltd.
