It added that there are puts and takes on the macro that are making it hard for investors to chart a course through fiscal year 2026, including drug pricing, SNAP, tariff reversals, tax refunds, and a potential World Cup bounce.

In a separate development, Evercore ISI reaffirmed an Outperform rating on Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ:COST) and raised the price target on the stock to $1,050 from $1,025.
