Amazon Web Services announced 40 global startups that have been selected to take part in the third cohort of the AWS Generative AI Accelerator, including three companies from India.
Out of the 10 startups selected from the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, the three from India were Hyperbots, Smallest AI, and Stimuler.
The AWS Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA) is an eight-week-long programme that helps with the scaling of early-stage companies that are building foundational Gen AI technologies. Eligible startups will receive up to $1 million in AWS credits, mentorship, and access to AWS’s full AI tech stack.
Hyperbots helps CFOs be more productive with their agentic AI F&A platform. Smallest AI builds foundational Voice AI models to automate communications across enterprise centres in real time. Stimuler is a voice AI app aimed at helping non-native speakers become fluent in English,
This year’s programme will launch on October 13 at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle and conclude in December at AWS re:Invent 2025 in Las Vegas. There, the 40 startups will show off their solutions to potential investors, customers, partners, and AWS leaders.
“Whether it’s in biotech labs, creative studios, or industrial applications, the pace of generative AI innovation is extraordinary, and it’s happening everywhere. This year’s cohort reinforces our mission to help that innovation move faster and deliver real-world impact for customers in every industry. We’re removing the barriers and accelerating opportunities so these leaders can grow their world-changing solutions,” said Sherry Karamdashti, General Manager & Head of Startups in North America at AWS.
