Inszone Insurance purchases Chacon Insurance Service

Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Chacon Insurance Service, a provider based in Colorado, US, for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 1957 by Carlos Chacon, Chacon Insurance Service has been a provider of personal and commercial insurance solutions to the Trinidad community for over six decades.

Inszone stated that clients of Chacon Insurance Service are expected to experience expanded range of insurance products and improved technological support from Inszone.

Carlos Chacon said: “I’ve been approached by Inszone several times over the years, but it never felt like the right moment. This time around, I recognised the tremendous value Inszone could bring to our clients and our employees. Their extensive market access and commitment to maintaining our local presence made them the perfect choice.”

Inszone Insurance Services CEO Chris Walters stated: “We are honoured to welcome Chacon Insurance Service to the Inszone team. Their longstanding reputation, dedication to customer care, and community roots in Trinidad align with our values. We look forward to continuing and building upon the impressive legacy established by Carlos and his family.”

This move comes after Inszone Insurance Services’ recent expansion into the Midwest.

In June 2025, the company acquired Huffmaster Insurance, a Missouri-based firm that has been delivering insurance services across personal and commercial lines since its establishment in 1990 by Susan and Kevin Huffmaster.

Founded in 2002, Inszone has been offering property and casualty and employee benefits solutions in the US.

“Inszone Insurance purchases Chacon Insurance Service ” was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
