Intuit has launched a new platform, the Intuit Accountant Suite, designed to aid accounting firms in consolidating and managing their operations.
The AI-native platform aims to streamline the various processes within an accounting firm, from client management to team coordination.
The suite is built upon Intuit’s own technology and incorporates Intuit Intelligence, a system that utilises AI to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
With the integration of AI agents and access to a wealth of data, the suite is expected to facilitate informed decision-making.
This enables accountants to automate tasks such as payroll execution and the creation of reports and dashboards for the secure integration of data from Intuit and other third-party systems.
The suite also offers the option to engage Intuit’s experts to augment an accounting firm’s virtual team when additional capacity is required.
The Intuit Accountant Suite is designed to be adaptive to the needs of accounting firms, offering five core capabilities: client management, service delivery, client collaboration, business planning, and team management.
Among the features currently in beta are Books Close at Scale, which aims to standardise the review and close process, and AI-powered Client Insights, offering analytics and benchmarking to support business decisions.
Looking ahead, Intuit plans to enhance the suite with additional AI-powered tools and automations focused on capacity planning, productivity, accuracy, decision-making, and collaboration.
Upcoming features include a capacity planning module, collaboration tools, AI-powered analysis and anomaly detection, and books to tax integration.
The suite is currently available to accounting firms in the US at no cost, stated Intuit.
Intuit has plans to offer the platform to markets outside the US, with pricing to be based on the range of functionalities provided.
Intuit accountant partnerships and engagement vice president Simon Williams said: “Accounting firms play a vital role in advising their clients on key growth strategies, while managing their own complex operations.
“Intuit Accountant Suite gives firms the ability to manage their clients and teams more effectively, giving them time back to deliver higher-value advisory services, and scale their own businesses.”
Earlier in October 2025, Intuit joined forces with accounting firm Aprio to support the growth of mid-market businesses, leveraging their respective AI-driven Enterprise Suite and advisory services.
“Intuit launches AI-native Accountant Suite to transform operations ” was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
