On Feb. 18, EBAY shares rose 2.8% following the release of itsย Q4 2025 earnings. The companyโ€™s revenue for the quarter amounted to $3 billion, surpassing the Streetโ€™s estimates. Additionally, its adjusted EPS for the quarter came in at $1.41, also surpassing Wall Streetโ€™s estimates.

When stacked against its peer, MercadoLibre, Inc. (MELI), EBAY has outperformed comfortably. Over the past year, MELI stock hasย declined 16.1%, underperforming EBAY stock.

Wall Streetโ€™s sentiment on EBAY remains somewhat positive. Among the 34 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a โ€œModerate Buy.โ€ Its mean price target of $100.39 suggests a 9.9% upside potential from current price levels.
