Jennifer Garner’s Asymmetrical, Sleeveless Little Black Dress Includes a Sneaky Thigh-High Slit

Jennifer Garner put a sultry spin on the little black dress on Monday as she stepped out in New York City. Arriving at The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Garner paired her asymmetrical frock with ankle-strap pumps.

Garner’s sleeveless shift included gold buttons at the shoulder, as well as a subtle thigh-high slit. The actress accessorized with gold jewelry, including teardrop statement earrings and a diamond-encrusted bracelet.

Garner wore her medium-length tresses in a middle part, while her barely-there makeup consisted of gradient eyeshadow and muted blush.

Even Ben Affleck is a member of the BeyHive, according to his ex-wife, Garner. Last month, she attended an event in Los Angeles, where she revealed that Affleck loves to work while listening to music.

Per People, Garner appeared at Diesel, A Bookstore alongside author Laura Dave and actress Rita Wilson, with whom she co-stars in a new Apple TV+ adaptation of Dave’s novel The Last Thing He Told Me.

“Do you guys do this? Do you listen to a song over and over again?” Garner asked. “I just want to tell you something. I’ve survived this. I have lived through it.”

“Ben Affleck listens to a song over and over,” she continued. “I had a three-month-old and a three-year-old living in a rental in Cambridge, Massachusetts while he was shooting The Town. And he listened to Beyoncé’s ‘Halo,’ and I would be nursing.”

“I love that because the only other person now besides Ben that I’ve heard that does that was [screenwriter] Tom Stoppard,” Dave, who admitted she also works while listening to music, shared. “And when I heard that, I thought, okay, I’m in some good company.”

Affleck has three children with Garner, to whom he was married from 2005 to 2018: 20-year-old Violet, 16-year-old Fin, and 13-year-old Samuel.
