Ski jumper Tate Frantz, 20, of Lake Placid, competed for Team USA during the Men’s Super Team event on Monday, in his first-ever Olympics.Frantz, who has been nicknamed “Fly Guy” by friends and family, is one of the youngest Olympians from our region to compete in Milan Cortina.During the Men’s Super Team event, Frantz and his jumping partner placed 8th after two rounds.The third and final round of the event was canceled due to weather.
