Liberty Mutual Insurance Appoints Bhatnagar President, Major Accounts, GRS North America; Fallon, Current President, Major Accounts, Announces Retirement

Liberty Mutual Insurance, headquartered in Boston, named Neal Bhatnagar president, major accounts, of Global Risk Solutions (GRS) North America, effective July 7. He will report to GRS North America president Marc Orloff.

Bhatnagar joined GRS in 2021 in his current role, executive vice president, major accounts casualty.

Bhatnagar succeeds Mike Fallon, who will retire in January 2026 and remain as a senior advisor to the GRS North America leadership team. Fallon served in a number of senior roles during his almost 30 years with GRS North America.

Tokio Marine HCC Appoints Geary to Lead North America P&C Businesses

Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC), based in Houston, Texas, appointed Elizabeth Geary to the newly created role of president & CEO of North America P&C. Geary assumes her new role on June 30, reporting to Susan Rivera, TMHCC’s CEO, and will be based in New York City.

Geary brings more than two decades of underwriting and senior leadership experience to TMHCC. She joins from Liberty Mutual, where she was president of insurance solutions. Geary began her career at TransRe, gaining underwriting experience in U.S. property and healthcare, progressing to global head of cyber, and ultimately serving in a dual role as chief underwriting officer, North America, and president, global portfolio management.

Willis appoints Fisher as Leader for Law Firms in North America

Willis, a WTW business, headquartered in New York City, appointed Linda Fisher as the sub-vertical leader for law firms within the Financial Services and Professional Services (FIPS) industry vertical division within North America. Fisher is based in Chicago and reports directly to Brad Messinger, FIPS Leader.

Before joining Willis, Fisher was with Marsh McLennan Agency, where she was a managing director in their national law firm vertical. She was also a leader in Gallagher’s law firm group and the law firm practice leader at Old Republic Professional.
