Linqura (Hartford, Conn.), an AI software firm focused on commercial insurance distribution, has formed a strategic alliance with Voldico (Osgood, Indiana), an insurance agency network with more than 130 independent agencies operating in 35 states. The partnership aims to support Voldico agencies with Linqura’s platform, which uses AI to assist agents and underwriters in risk classification and coverage selection.
Mark Stender, CEO, Linqura.
The Linqura platform—marketed as a growth engine for the commercial insurance sector—offers tools that include business classification using a proprietary taxonomy of more than 1,100 NAICS codes, carrier-specific submission guidance, and real-time coverage recommendations. According to the companies, early pilot results among Voldico agencies show improvements in quoting speed, submission quality, and classification accuracy.
Specialized Knowledge Needed to Compete
“This partnership affirms our mission to empower every agent with the confidence and capabilities of a specialist on every account,” says Mark Stender, founder and CEO. “Voldico understands that open AI tools fall short when it comes to the complexities of business insurance. Together, we’re delivering independent agencies the specialized knowledge they need to compete and succeed in today’s commercial markets.”
Jerry Vollmer, CEO, Voldico.
Voldico, founded in 2010, offers market access, technology tools, and support services to its affiliated agencies. Under the agreement, Voldico members receive priority onboarding, customized training programs, and integration support for the Linqura platform.
“Linqura’s AI-powered technology aligns perfectly with Voldico’s mission to empower independent agents,” says Jerry Vollmer, CEO, Voldico. “Through this partnership, our agents have access to advanced AI tools that improve risk assessment, streamline policy placement, and strengthen client relationships.”
Linqura’s platform, branded LinqCo-pilot, is now available to Voldico member agencies.
