Lululemon’s First AI Officer, Crocs Names Nike Alum CFO

Casual footwear brand Crocs has named Patraic Reagan as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 22.

Reagan will handle Croc’s financial strategies in addition to financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax and internal audit. He brings nearly three decades of financial and operational experience at global consumer companies, most recently serving as SharkNinja’s CFO, previously spending 14 years at Nike in various roles, including vice president of global business planning (2020-2022) and vice president and CFO of Asia Pacific and Latin America (2022-2024).

Vancouver-based athletic purveyor Lululemon has named Ranju Das as the brand’s inaugural chief AI and technology officer. In this newly created role, Das will lead the company’s technology organization, driving the development and execution of the next phase of Lululemon’s technology and AI strategy. He brings over two decades of experience scaling, organizing and driving AI-first operations. Before founding and helming Swan AI Studios, Das served as CEO of OptumLabs, the R&D arm of UnitedHealth Group, previously spending eight years at Amazon and 12 years at Barnes & Noble, respectively.

Effective Sept. 2, Das will report to CEO Calvin McDonald and join the senior leadership team. Lululemon also announced chief information officer Julie Averill will depart the company in September as part of a planned transition.

Los Angeles-based handbag brand Hammitt has appointed Ryan Meyer, current chief financial officer, to the role of CEO. Before joining Hammitt as CFO in 2022, he previously served as Manduka’s CFO (2011-2013), Boatbound’s chief operating officer and head of finance (2014-2018), Buck Mason’s head of finance (2018-2020) and The Great’s executive vice president and CFO (2020-2022).

Kelvin So succeeds Meyer as CFO. He joins from Princess Polly, where he spent nearly three years, most recently as global financial controller. He previously served as financial controller for brands including The Great (2020-2022), Buck Mason (2018-2020) and Hudson Jeans (2016-2018).

Jennifer Sprague has been named chief marketing officer. Sprague brings over two decades of experience in global brand strategy, previously spending seven years at NBCUniversal in various roles and three years at BCBG Max Azria Group as senior vice president of global marketing.
