The partnership is designed to deliver specialised service and support, specifically catering to the hospitality sector.

Brands are set to gain a competitive edge through improved technology and personalised support designed specifically for the distinct requirements of hospitality groups.

A key element of the partnership is the dissemination of information across more than 80 listings sites.

These include prominent platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Bing, and Apple Maps.

Moreover, Marqii leverages integrations with industry-specific solutions such as Square, Toast, Qu, and Olo to facilitate automated menu updates across over 60 listing sites.

The collaboration also encompasses Marqii Review Management, which features feedback data and AI-driven response capabilities for critical restaurant platforms such as Grubhub, OpenTable, Yelp, and ezCater.

This synergy between Yext’s infrastructure and Marqii’s expertise offers hospitality clients enhanced online discoverability and the potential to attract more guests.

Marqii co-founder and CEO Avi Goren said: “In the last year, Marqii has helped our hospitality partners be found in more than 1.2 billion local searches made by hungry guests.

“By building on the foundation of Yext’s publishing network and visibility technology, Marqii is able to create solutions for enterprise-level search performance, guest feedback automation, and analytics for all our hospitality clients – from one-location operators to national brands.”
