Authum Investment & Infrastructure (₹2,904.05)
Correction ends
The stock of Authum Investment & Infrastructure gained over 11 per cent last week. This has put an end to the corrective phase, which began in October. Going ahead, the scrip is likely to rally further. While ₹3,300 is the nearest notable resistance, the stock is likely to surpass this level and touch ₹3,600 over the next few months.
So, participants can buy the stock now at ₹2,904 and accumulate if the price dips to ₹2,680. Place stop-loss at ₹2,450. When the price rises to ₹3,200, move the stop-loss up to ₹2,980. On a rally to ₹3,400, revise the stop-loss to ₹3,280. Exit at ₹3,600.
Gujarat Ambuja Exports (₹123.80)
Bull gaining traction
The stock of Gujarat Ambuja Exports has been rallying over the past month. The upward movement came in on the back of the support at ₹100, which has been holding well since March. The price is now above both 21- and 50-day moving averages and the scrip has now formed a higher high. Given the prevailing price action, we expect the price to hit ₹200 in the medium term.
So, buy the stock now at ₹123 and add longs at ₹110. Keep stop-loss at ₹95. When the price rises to ₹160, raise the stop-loss to ₹145. Tighten the stop-loss to ₹172 when the stock touches ₹185. Book profits at ₹200.
JSW Steel (₹1,079.50)
Support levels ahead
The stock of JSW Steel has been appreciating steadily since June 2022. But after hitting an all-time high of ₹1,223.75 two months ago, the price has been on the drop. However, there are support levels ahead at ₹1,060 and ₹1,030. A trendline also coincides within the ₹1,030-1,060 region, making it a good base.
So, we recommend buying as there is a good chance for a rebound soon. Go long at ₹1,079 and ₹1,040. Place stop-loss at ₹990. When the price touches ₹1,250, revise the stop-loss to ₹1,180. Trail the stop-loss to ₹1,250 when the stock rises to ₹1,300. Liquidate the longs at ₹1,350.
