Turns the outlook bullish
The stock of Aurobindo Pharma has now gained for three weeks in a row, indicating a strong momentum. It has formed a higher high and the price is now above both 21- and 50-day moving averages. Therefore, the short-term outlook has turned bullish. We expect the stock to rally to ₹1,250 before the end of this year.

The stock has the potential to touch ₹1,450 over the medium term. So, one can buy the stock of KPR Mill now at ₹1,127 and accumulate at ₹1,040. Place stop-loss at ₹930. When the price hits ₹1,300, alter the stop-loss to ₹1,180. On a rally to ₹1,375, raise the stop-loss to ₹1,290. Book profits at ₹1,450.
Tata Power Company (₹396.20)
Confirms inverted head and shoulder
The stock of Tata Power Company has largely been trading within ₹370 and ₹415 since April. Although it has not broken out of the range yet, the scrip has formed an inverted head and shoulder pattern, indicating a bullish reversal. Also, the chart shows that the uptrend retains good momentum.
Going ahead, we expect the stock to breakout of ₹415 and rise to ₹450 before the end of the year. So, one can consider buying at ₹396 and add longs at ₹385. Place stop-loss at ₹375. When the stock reaches ₹415, alter the stop-loss to ₹395. When the price hits ₹435, revise the stop-loss to ₹425. Exit at ₹450.
