NextEra Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend

NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE) said its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $0.5665 per share, payable on December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of November 21, 2025.

The declaration maintains NextEra’s consistent track record of returning capital to investors through steady dividend payments, supported by its strong position in both regulated and renewable power generation. Headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida, the company operates through its subsidiaries Florida Power & Light Company (FPL)—the largest electric utility in the U.S.—and NextEra Energy Resources, one of the country’s biggest renewable energy developers.

NextEra continues to expand its diversified portfolio across natural gas, nuclear, solar, wind, and battery storage, underscoring its leadership in the U.S. energy transition. The firm remains a bellwether in the utilities sector, known for pairing stable regulated returns with growth in clean energy infrastructure.
