NXG Markets names Anjum Sayed CEO

In this week’s executive news roundup, NXG Markets appointed
former Doo Prime executive Anjum Sayed as its new CEO. She previously served as
Country Manager at the CFD broker. She joined the company from Doo Prime, where
she worked as Sales Team Lead.

In her new role, Sayed will oversee the broker’s
global strategy and expansion across new and existing markets. According to the
company, she will lead initiatives focused on commercial growth, operational
development, and market penetration.

OneRoyal promotes Dominic Poynter to CCO

At the same time, OneRoyal promoted Dominic Poynter to Chief Commercial Officer after serving as the company’s Head of Marketing in
Limassol, Cyprus. During his tenure, he played a role in securing former
Uruguay international footballer Diego Forlan as OneRoyal’s brand ambassador.

Before joining OneRoyal, Poynter held senior marketing roles
in the FX and CFD industry, including serving as Chief Marketing Officer at
HYCM and working at Axiory. He also spent two years as Head of Marketing at
ATFX Global Markets in Limassol.

Rostro names Mason-Keaney People Chief

Meanwhile, Rostro Group enlisted Kate Mason-Keaney as its
first Chief People and Organization Officer and promoted Pavel Spirin to Group
Chief Growth Officer.

Mason-Keaney will oversee the newly created People and Organization division, working alongside Claire Thorpe, who has been appointed Organization Development Director. Rostro said the expanded leadership team
will support its diversification beyond brokerage into digital assets,
investment services, and payments.

Finalto names Sam Horowitz head of liquidity

Finalto appointed Sam Horowitz as its Head of Liquidity. He
brings nearly 30 years of experience in foreign exchange trading and risk
management across wholesale financial markets and has held senior roles in
trading, liquidity, distribution, and technology.

Prior to joining Finalto, Horowitz served as Head of FX
Distribution and Liquidity Management at CMC Markets and spent seven years at
BBVA as Head of eFX Trading for Global Markets. He most recently held the role
of Head of Treasury at RAFIKI, a fintech backed by Y Combinator.

Former Taurex exec joins Wisuno as CMO

Wisuno Group has appointed Soul Diomande as its Chief Marketing Officer, according to an announcement he shared on LinkedIn. Diomande joins the CFD broker with experience in marketing and regional leadership roles across the trading industry.

He previously spent more than two years at Taurex, where he served as Head of the Africa Region and earlier as Head of Affiliate Marketing. Prior to that, he worked at ATFX UK and also held an affiliate management role at IG.

Tradeweb names ex-Citi executive as Asia chief

Also this week, Tradeweb Markets named Rich Chun Managing Director and Head of Asia. Chun brings nearly three decades of experience in fixed-income markets and will oversee the company’s continued growth in Asia,
where Tradeweb has reported double-digit revenue gains this year.

Based in Hong Kong, Chun joins from HPS Investment Partners,
where he served as a portfolio manager and established the firm’s Hong Kong
office. He will report to Enrico Bruni and Troy Dixon, Tradeweb’s Co-Heads of
Global Markets.

DHF Capital hires ex-Rabobank VP to lead board

Luxembourg-based securitization firm DHF Capital appointed
Menno Kooistra as Chairman of its Supervisory Board. Kooistra previously served
as Executive Vice President at Rabobank, holding senior leadership roles at the
Dutch bank for nearly three years.

Prior to his appointment, Kooistra worked as a partner in
strategy and operations for financial services at KPMG. He brings almost three
decades of consulting experience, including partner roles at EY and a Vice
President position at CGI.
