Partnr, a quick-commerce platform for automotive spare parts, currently for two-wheelers, and catering to neighbourhood mechanics, has announced plans to expand its operations from the current 30 cities to 50 cities in India.
“We are expanding our footprint to over 50 cities, ensuring deeper hyperlocal reach for mechanics and workshops across India. We will also be foraying into the 4-wheeler aftermarket to serve a wider base of automotive stakeholders,” said Vishal Dubey, founder & CEO, Partnr.
“We are also scaling doorstep servicing nationwide so riders can book a mechanic via the Partnr app and get their vehicle serviced at home, work place, or on the go,” he added.
Stating that India runs on two-wheelers, and behind every motorcycle or scooter is a neighborhood mechanic, he said these small garages work as the backbone of mobility, yet they often struggle with unreliable supply, lack of availability of genuine parts, no access to formal training, and limited opportunity to grow their businesses.
“With a wide digital catalog and tech-driven fulfillment, we ensure garages get what they need, when they need it so they can focus on serving riders,” he said.
Mechanics place orders through the Partnr app, sales reps, WhatsApp, or a phone call, making the experience frictionless, even for those less familiar with online ordering.
Today, Partnr works with more than 20,000 garages across India and operates a network of over 90 dark stores, each designed to guarantee speed and reliability at scale. These numbers will be scaled up with a planned expansion.
Looking ahead, the company is preparing to launch its own range of spare parts, developed using insights from mechanics, to bring greater trust to the ecosystem.
At the same time, it is piloting initiatives to help mechanics grow their customer base and grow their business.
“We are building a foundation with a mechanic-first, tech-enabled, multi-vertical approach, expanding vertically and building value for all stakeholders in the automotive industry with our products and services,” Mr. Dubey said.
Partnr started with a simple mission – to make the lives of mechanics better. We are empowering them with the supply, tools, and technology to grow, while expanding vertically and creating value for every stakeholder in the automotive ecosystem.” he said.
“Every job completed, every service delivered, and every genuine part fitted is a step toward building a more trusted, efficient, and dignified future for India’s after-sales industry. Our vision is clear, to transform the way mobility is serviced in this country, one mechanic, one rider, and one city at a time.” he added.
