Black Friday is officially here, and with it, some of the year’s best discounts on tech products, including TVs. I’ve been reviewing displays for more than a decade, and this year’s Black Friday TV deals are especially strong across OLED, QLED, and LED models — including several at or near their lowest prices ever.
One of my favorite TV deals so far is for the Samsung S90F, which is down to $1,398 for the 65-inch model. The S90F is my pick for the best TV overall, delivering excellent contrast and color performance. However, if you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, the 55-inch TCL QM6K is a great option. This affordable QLED supports a 144Hz refresh rate — a rare gaming feature at this price — and it’s down to an all-time low of $398. And if you’re after a massive screen for movies or sports, the 98-inch TCL QM7K is an incredible value at $1,998, saving you $300.
I’ll be tracking all of the best Black Friday TV deals throughout the day and into Cyber Monday, so be sure to check back for the latest discounts. For even more savings, visit our full Black Friday deals hub, featuring sales on all product categories.
The best Black Friday Samsung TV deals
Samsung is rolling out major price cuts on some of its top OLED and QLED TVs, making this a great time to upgrade your home setup. Standout deals include up to $TK off the S90F and S95F OLED models. The newest Frame TVs are also seeing record-low prices. For a closer look at the full lineup, see our complete guide to the best Samsung TVs.
Samsung 65-inch S90F OLED 4K TV
The S90F is an impressive midrange OLED and one of our favorite new displays of 2025. It gets a bit brighter than last year’s S90D and offers better color volume than similar LG OLED models.
Samsung 65-inch S95F OLED 4K TV
The S95F is Samsung’s latest flagship 4K TV. It’s one of the top high-end displays of 2025 and uses an advanced QD-OLED panel with an anti-glare matte screen.
Samsung Frame Pro QLED 4K TV
The Frame Pro is an upgraded version of Samsung’s popular gallery-style TV. It has a thin wall mount, matte screen, and interchangeable bezels, which make it look like a piece of art on your wall. The Pro model is brighter than the standard one, but it still can’t match the image quality of Samsung’s best QLED TVs.
Samsung 65-inch QN90F QLED 4K TV
The QN90F is Samsung’s top 4K QLED TV for 2025. It offers a slightly brighter image than last year’s model and uses a new matte screen that greatly reduces reflections.
Samsung 65-inch Frame TV (LS03F)
Samsung’s Frame TV is designed to look like a piece of art on your wall thanks to its flush mount, matte screen, and magnetic frame bezels. Its image quality is mediocre, but its style makes it a great pick for design-focused buyers.
The best Black Friday LG TV deals
LG makes some of my favorite OLED TVs, including the premium G5. Though it’s pricey at full retail, the G5’s outstanding picture quality makes it one of the best OLED TVs I’ve tested. This Black Friday, you can ease the hit to your wallet with discounts of up to $TK, depending on the screen size. If you want a deeper dive into its performance, check out my full LG G5 4K TV review. And for details on the brand’s other top displays, visit our guide to the best LG TVs.
LG 65-inch G5 OLED 4K TV
The G5 is LG’s flagship OLED TV for 2025. It’s one of the brightest OLED TVs we’ve ever seen, delivering high-end image quality and an elegant design that can hang flush on your wall.
LG 65-inch B5 OLED 4K TV
The B5 is LG’s most affordable OLED TV for 2025. It can’t match the brightness of the brand’s pricier models, but it still offers infinite contrast, making it an excellent budget OLED for home theater fans.
LG 65-inch C5 OLED 4K TV
The C5 is LG’s midrange OLED TV for 2025. It delivers high contrast and deep black levels while offering a slightly brighter image than last year’s C4 model.
The best Black Friday TCL TV deals
TCL has become a go-to brand for shoppers seeking strong performance without a premium price tag, delivering midrange and high-end TVs that often undercut competitors like Samsung, LG, and Sony. Right now, the company’s full range of Mini LED models is on sale, with some of the best prices I’ve seen to date. To compare features and find the right fit, take a look at our guide to the best TCL TVs.
TCL 65-inch QM6K QLED 4K TV
The QM6K is an excellent entry-level Mini LED TV with solid contrast, vibrant colors, and decent black levels. However, its HDR brightness capabilities are limited compared to step-up models.
TCL 65-inch QM7K QLED 4K TV
The TCL QM7K is an excellent midrange QLED TV. Its Mini LED backlight delivers high brightness, and it has better contrast control and wider viewing angles than last year’s model.
The best Black Friday Hisense TV deals
Hisense is a strong value brand, consistently delivering TVs that rival those of TCL in terms of price while still offering impressive performance. Its U8QG model, in particular, ranks among the brightest TVs available and still comes in well below the cost of dimmer sets from Sony and Samsung. Keep in mind, though, that the 65- and 85-inch versions use a slightly different panel than the smaller models, resulting in improved contrast but more limited viewing angles. For a full breakdown, check out our complete Hisense U8QG 4K TV review.
Hisense 65-inch U8QG QLED 4K TV
The Hisense U8QG impresses with one of the brightest pictures on the market, and pairs that searing luminance with excellent contrast for a dynamic, punchy picture.
The best Black Friday Sony TV deals
Sony remains the gold standard for premium TVs. While its models usually come at a higher price than many competitors, the brand’s flagship sets consistently deliver industry-leading picture accuracy — making them a top choice for home theater fans ready to invest. For a closer look at Sony’s full lineup, be sure to check out our guide to the best Sony TVs.
Sony 65-inch Bravia 8 II OLED 4K TV
The Bravia 8 II is Sony’s flagship OLED display for 2025. It’s pricey, but it delivers some of the best image performance on the market, with a brighter picture than the older A95L.
Sony 65-inch Bravia 7 Mini LED QLED 4K TV
Sony’s Bravia 7 isn’t as bright as its flagship Bravia 9, but it still uses Mini LED technology to offer a high-contrast image. This 2024 model delivers similar performance as the older X95L, but it’s available in more sizes.
Sony 75-inch Bravia 9 QLED 4K TV
The Bravia 9 is Sony’s flagship 4K QLED TV, delivering a nearly reference-quality image. It has one of the brightest pictures on the market and offers the best black-level control we’ve seen on a QLED.
The best Black Friday Fire TV deals
Amazon produces its own line of smart TVs built around the Fire TV platform. While brands like TCL and Hisense typically deliver stronger performance at similar price points, Amazon’s sets are solid budget buys when discounted. For a deeper look at Amazon’s TV lineup, explore our Fire TV guide.
Amazon 50-inch Omni QLED 4K TV
Though we think the larger versions of Amazon’s Omni QLED TV are overpriced for what you get, the 50-inch model offers an excellent balance between cost and performance. It has handy Alexa features and is one of the only 50-inch TVs available with local dimming, which enables solid contrast performance.
Amazon 43-inch 4-Series 4K Fire TV
The budget-minded Amazon Fire TV 4-series supports 4K UHD resolution and HDR10. It also has Amazon’s Fire TV operating system built-in.
Amazon 40-inch Fire TV 2-Series HDTV
The 2-Series uses Amazon’s Fire TV interface for easy streaming access. With an HD screen rather than 4K panel, this display is meant for casual viewers who want a basic smart TV in a smaller size.
The best Black Friday Onn TV deals
Walmart makes its own retailer-exclusive line of entry-level TVs under its Onn electronics brand. These models are as basic as smart TVs get, but they’re priced accordingly and are decent buys for viewers who just want a cheap TV for casual viewing. You can learn more in our Walmart Onn TV guide.
Black Friday TV FAQs
What size TV is best?
The best TV size depends on your room layout, viewing distance, and budget. Bigger screens offer a more immersive experience, but they come at a higher cost and require more space.
For most homes, a 65-inch TV offers the ideal balance of size, price, and performance. It’s the flagship size for many brands, so you’ll find the widest selection of models and features there.
If 65 inches feels too large, 55-, 50-, and 43-inch TVs are still great options, though midrange and premium choices become more limited as you go smaller.
On the other end of the spectrum, 75-inch and larger TVs have become increasingly popular and affordable, especially from value-focused brands like TCL and Hisense, which offer strong performance in the 75- to 100-inch range.
For recommendations tailored to specific sizes, explore our buying guides:
Should you buy an OLED or QLED TV?
Both offer excellent performance but excel in different areas.
OLED TVs
- Self-lit pixels deliver perfect black levels and outstanding contrast.
- Best for dark or controlled-light rooms.
- Midrange and entry-level are less bright than top QLEDs.
- Burn-in is possible but rare with normal use.
QLED / Mini LED TVs
- Top models feature backlights that deliver higher brightness than similarly priced OLEDs, making them ideal for bright rooms.
- Generally more affordable, especially in large sizes.
- Can’t match OLED’s pixel-level contrast, so dark scenes may show halos or grayish blacks.
- No burn-in risk.
