Though it has a vast library of genres to enjoy, Starz is especially great for fans of heart-pounding action, steamy drama, and period pieces. Its list of exclusives includes beloved series like “BMF,” “Power Book IV: Force,” and “Outlander: Blood of my Blood.” Fans of movies can find exciting releases like “From the World of John Wick: Ballerina,” “1992,” and the “Now You See Me” series.
When compared to other streaming services, you may find Starz lacking in some genres, like horror, reality, or international content. However, when you factor in the cost — $3 a month or $12 for a whole year — it’s a low-consequence subscription. Even if you were to only watch one movie a month, you’d be getting your money’s worth when compared to digital rentals.
