Anthropic is considering going public as soon as in October. Bloomberg citing sources there. Potentially raising more than $60 billion. What do you make of it? Why go public now, Dan, in the middle of this this AI uh arms race with OpenAI?

It could just be the fact that they want to kind of get ahead of Open AI. I think they’re they’re in a two-way race to see who can get there first. Uh it seems as though uh the revenue uh versus spending is obviously better for Anthropic versus Open AI, which has, you know, that trillion dollar plus spend plan. Um and, you know, they’ve been pairing down a lot of uh their offerings just to kind of seemingly refocus uh on the Open AI side, while Anthropic is, you know, it’s had its its issues, maybe a little bit of scuffle with the Pentagon, you know, nothing between friends, I guess. Um but but it does seem as though they’re very much trying to position themselves as kind of the uh more refined option for investors looking to get into the AI space. And look, this is, you know, outside of Google and I guess Microsoft, this is one of the the biggest ways that you can get in on the model companies themselves, right?
