With a market cap of $36.9 billion, TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (TKO) is a premium sports and entertainment company that owns leading properties including UFC, WWE, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing, reaching more than 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories. Through businesses such as IMG and On Location, TKO also provides sports marketing and premium hospitality services, while its properties host more than 500 live events annually and attract over three million fans.

Shares of the New York-based company have lagged behind the broader market over the past 52 weeks. TKO stock has risen 4.7% over this time frame, while the broader S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has returned 19.3%. In addition, shares of the company are down 7% on a YTD basis, compared to SPX’s 12.4% increase.

TKO shares rose marginally following its Q2 2026 results on Aug. 3. The company raised fiscal 2026 guidance to $5.78 billion – $5.83 billion in revenue and $2.28 billion – $2.31 billion in adjusted EBITDA, both up from prior ranges. The upbeat outlook was supported by strong Q2 performance, including $1.55 billion of revenue, $650 million of adjusted EBITDA, $350 million of free cash flow, and strong segment results from UFC ($536 million revenue and $280 million EBITDA) and WWE ($621 million revenue and $368 million EBITDA). 

For the fiscal year ending in December 2026, analysts expect TKO Group’s EPS to grow 126.2% year-over-year to $5.18. The company’s earnings surprise history is mixed. It beat the consensus estimates in one of the last four quarters while missing on three other occasions.

Among the 24 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a “Strong Buy.” That’s based on 17 “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy,” and six “Holds.”

This configuration is slightly more bullish than it was three months ago, when TKO had 16 “Strong Buys” in total.

On Aug. 4, Roth Capital raised TKO Group’s price target to $230 and maintained a “Buy” rating.
