Vinson & Elkins said Enrique Dancausa is the firm’s latest addition to its New York-based Corporate practice, having previously served at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as counsel.

Mr. Dancausa’s experiences focuses on private capital on cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investments, the firm stated. His practice includes M&A, corporate governance, and deals across Latin America, Europe, and key global infrastructure and energy markets, Vinson & Elkins said.
