Weather advisory issued for parts of Fresno, Merced and Madera; funnel clouds possible

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A storm moving through the Central Valley prompted a Significant Weather Advisory for portions of Fresno, Merced and Madera counties, with funnel clouds possible and lightning already being detected in the area.

The advisory warns that conditions could quickly become dangerous as the storm develops.
