Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ:PLTR) used its annual AIPCon event on Thursday to put another AI partnership in front of investors, this time with Google (NASDAQ:GOOG). Shares were little changed in premarket trading, but the announcement could add another layer to Palantir’s enterprise AI story as the company pushes deeper into corporate workflows.
Under the partnership, Palantir will be integrated across Google Cloud platforms and made available on Google Cloud Marketplace. The tie-up could give customers a more connected way to use BigQuery, Foundry, Google’s Knowledge Catalog, Foundry’s Ontology, Cloud Storage, Gemini, and Palantir AIP, with Palantir highlighting two-way data federation, two-way semantic exchange, and deeper connectivity between Gemini and AIP for AI-powered workflows.
Palantir also announced a set of enterprise wins that could suggest continued demand for its Artificial Intelligence Platform. The company signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar deal with McCarthy Building Companies to create a connected AI operating system across the construction firm, expanded with GNP Seguros to support claims fraud, underwriting, claims efficiency, and insurance coverage, and confirmed a Kirkland & Ellis deal tied to private equity fundraising.
