RSM US, a consulting, tax and assurance services provider, has partnered with agentic enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform Rillet to help organisations update their financial systems for AI adoption.
Rillet’s platform features real-time reporting, multi-entity accounting, revenue recognition features, integrated AI agents and a continuously updating general ledger.
These capabilities are intended to assist corporate finance departments in replacing manual interventions and traditional financial close schedules with ongoing, up-to-date commercial data.
The collaboration pairs Rillet’s agentic ERP technology with RSM’s consulting practice to help companies assess operating models, modernisation plans, AI governance, organisational change management and technology preparedness.
This arrangement focuses on improving workflow efficiencies and helping finance leaders manage the operational changes needed for structured AI deployment.
Rillet co-founder and CEO Nicolas Kopp said: “RSM understands middle market enterprises, and this collaboration underscores a shared commitment to deliver AI-powered finance operations built for speed, scale and better visibility.
“By combining Rillet’s Agentic finance infrastructure with RSM’s deep finance transformation and implementation expertise, organisations can accelerate modernisation, gain real-time visibility and build an Agentic finance function.”
The initiative also aims to simplify manual procedures and prepare finance teams to deploy AI-native tools that handle routine accounting processes, expedite financial reporting cycles and reduce month-end operational workloads.
RSM partner and cloud native capability leader Daniel Beil said: “RSM helps finance leaders align technology decisions to bring clarity to complex business challenges and build the operating model, data foundation, governance and adoption strategy needed to improve finance functions.
“Together with Rillet, we are enabling finance teams to build more intelligent operations with greater visibility, stronger controls and a foundation for responsible AI adoption.”
In January this year, RSM US launched Ask Luca, a generative AI capability embedded in its digital audit environment.
“RSM US, Rillet to support AI-driven finance modernisation” was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
